The staff are consistently courteous and the room is well-appointed with upscale towels. The hotel is in an excellent location in the Duncan area. Also it is not far from Nanaimo and Victoria.

I booked a recently renovated room with a coffeemaker and a couch, it was quiet too. The most important was the staff - understanding and enthusiastic people.

I recently stayed at the Thunderbird Motor Inn for 14 days and it was the best hotel experience of our entire holiday. The management was down to earth and friendly, and the staff made us feel like friends rather than just guests. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with everything in good working order. The hotel's location was great, with a restaurant on the property serving delicious food. The laundry facilities were convenient, and the free parking right in front of our room was a bonus. it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

My baby and I loved being there. I got a room with a bidet. The hotel was in a lovely location close enough to main highway and Duncan in the future for what I wanted it for.

All in all everything was good, had a really comfortable stay during our brief visit. Its location relatively close to The Air and the Land was easy. On top of that, restaurants and eateries were near the property.

Location short walk to Duncan, tim hortons and shops. Appetising food, newly decorated room with fast hot water, the air conditioner, as example. Early check-in, parking across the street.

We had a great time during our short visit at this hotel, which was conveniently located near the Cowichan Aquatic Centre and had nice weather.
